The last leg of UST-Legazpi’s Human Resource Management Office’s (HRMO) training series entitled Tingraw took place on May 23, 2023, at the Daragang Magayon Hall (DMH). The said training series is positioned to equip the university’s administrators, supervisors, and program chairs in carrying out their managerial duties in their respective areas.
The Tingraw Part 3 is specifically focused on critical thinking, decision-making, and conflict management. This aimed to provide participants with the skills and approaches to empower the workforce resulting in higher productivity and efficiency, and soundness in making big decisions.
Serving as the resource speaker is Dr. Marylendra A. Penetrante, a distinguished wellness advocate and life skills coach. Dr. Penetrante helped the university leaders in probing about one’s thinking process, how it works for decision-making and dealing with conflicts.
Overall, the HRMO’s Tingraw series introduced the institution’s managers to practical strategies for upgrading their day-to-day operations with hopes of having a more solid and impactful Legazpi Thomasian workforce.
