In view of the quarantine restrictions currently in effect across the country and considering the logistical and security concerns identified by the University, UST-Legazpi will not be administering the following admission tests (online nor onsite):
- UST-Legazpi College Admission Test (UCAT)
- Senior High School Placement Test
- Junior High School Admission Test
- Graders’ Admission Test
- Preschool Readiness Test
Instead, applicants seeking admission for SY 2021-2022 must undergo the UST-Legazpi Admission Evaluation, where the academic performance will be assessed based on a set of parameters designed to gauge the applicant’s readiness and capability to take on his/her desired program.

Requirements for Incoming Freshmen:
- Duly accomplished Application Form with recent 2×2 picture (studio taken with white background and name tag)
- Certificate of Grades for Grade 11 (1st and 2nd semesters) including the core subjects such as:
a. Oral Communication/Reading and Writing Skills
b. General Mathematics/Statistics and Probability/Pre-Calculus
c. Earth Science/Physical Science/Disaster Readiness and Risk Reduction - Certificate of Candidacy for Grade 12 graduation
Requirements for Transferees:
- Duly accomplished Application Form with recent 2×2 picture (studio taken with white background and name tag)
- Certified True Copy of unofficial transcript of college grades covering up to the last completed semester
Requirements for Second Program Takers:
- Duly accomplished Application Form with recent 2×2 picture (studio taken with white background and name tag)
- Certified True Copy of official transcript of records
