UST-LEGAZPI COLLEGE ADMISSION TEST (UCAT) REQUIREMENTS

For Incoming First Year Students
1. Duly accomplished Application Form with recent 2”x 2” picture (with white background and name tag)
2. Grade 12 Certificate of Enrollment (affixed with school seal) or Enrollment Registration Form
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. Admission Fee: Php 500.00

Note: Applicants who took the USTET may submit the results for evaluation.

For Transferees
1. Duly accomplished Application Form with recent 2”x 2” picture (with white background and name tag)
2. Photocopy of Certificate of Grades (COG)/Unofficial Transcript of Records/Photocopy of Official Transcript of Records (affixed with school seal)
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Admission Fee: Php 500.00

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

For Freshman Applicants/Applicants with USTET Results

The applicant shall:
Step 1: Accomplish the Application Form by supplying the necessary information and attach the complete requirements.

Note: Applicants with USTET results: Proceed to the College Dean of First Choice Program for the evaluation of their USTET result.

Step 2: Pay the Admission Fee at the Cashier’s Office, St. Thomas Aquinas Bldg., UST-Legazpi, Rawis Campus.
Step 3: Submit the accomplished Application Form with complete attachments to the Office of Guidance and Testing (OGT), St. Thomas Aquinas Bldg., UST-Legazpi, Rawis Campus.

For Transfer Applicants

The applicant shall:
Step 1: Accomplish the Application form and supply the necessary information and attach the requirements.
Step 2: Pay the Admission Fee at the Cashier’s Office, St. Thomas Aquinas Bldg., UST-Legazpi, Rawis Campus.
Step 3: Submit the accomplished Application Form with complete attachments to the Office of Guidance and Testing (OGT), St. Thomas Aquinas Bldg., UST-Legazpi, Rawis Campus.
Step 4: Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for the evaluation of Certificate of Grades (COG)/Unofficial Transcript of Records/Official Transcript of Records (affixed with school seal).
Step 5: Proceed to the Dean of First Choice Program for the second evaluation of grades.
