Office of the University Registrar

The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) of the University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi (UST-Legazpi) is the repository of students’ school records.  The Office of the University Registrar ensures the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security of the students’ information and academic records.  As it among the first offices to be visited by all incoming students and one of the few offices in the University which is frequently visited by alumni/alumnae, it is imperative that the Registrar’s office manifest what the University stands for in the community.  Our services must be congruent to our goals and consistent with the University’s vision-mission of a life truth, and of love out of gratitude.


  • Represents and serves as a liaison of the University to DepEd, CHED, TESDA, and other government agencies.
  • Prepares and issues credentials such as Diploma, Transcript of Records, Certificate of Good Moral, Transfer Credentials (Honorable Dismissal), Course Descriptions, and other credentials related to academic records.
  • Verifies records such as eligibility for admission, enrollment credentials and academic status.
