Graduate Studies Applicants must undergo the UST-Legazpi Admission Evaluation, where the academic performance will be assessed based on a set of parameters designed to gauge the applicant’s readiness and capability to take on his/her desired program.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Duly accomplished form with recent 2″ x 2″ picture
2. Photocopy of Official Transcript of Records (affixed with school seal)
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. Admission Fee Php 400.00

Note: Incomplete application requirements will not be processed.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The applicant shall:

Step 1: Accomplish the Application Form by supplying the necessary information and attach the complete requirements.
Step 2: Pay the Admission Evaluation Fee at the Cashier’s Office, St. Thomas Aquinas Bldg., UST-Legazpi, Rawis Campus.
Step 3: Submit the accomplished application form with complete attachment to the Office of Guidance and Testing (OGT), St. Thomas Aquinas Bldg., UST-Legazpi, Rawis Campus.
